Commonly Asked Questions

Do you take reservations?

We currently do not take reservations and waiting guests are seated on first-come first-serve basis. Also, in order to expedite service and improve the dining experience for all patrons we will only seat you when your entire party is present. Your patience and understanding are most appreciated. 

 

Do you offer carryout orders?

Yes, our entire menu is available for carryout orders. You can place a same-day order. Please call the location you wish to pick up and we will accept your order over the phone. 

 

Do you have gluten friendly items?

Yes! While we can’t guarantee any item is entirely gluten free since all our items are prepared in the same kitchen, we can prepare many items to be gluten friendly. Please give us a call or ask your server if you have additional questions.

 

Do you offer delivery?

No, we do not offer delivery at this time. 

Do you allow pets?

No, service animals are welcome but must be ADA registered. Comfort and emotional support animals (ESA) are not recognized by the ADA. This rule also applies to our outdoor patio at our Encinitas location.  

 

Are you open on holidays?

The only days we are closed is Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, we are open normal business hours the rest of the year!

 

Where can I purchase your coffee mugs?

Our original handmade stone ware pieces by Deneen Pottery are for sale at both locations. A great gift for any occasion!

 

Do you sell your coffee blend?

Yes! We do have our Original Pancake House special blend coffee available for purchase by the pound at both locations.
